Do I need to provide the fitting?
Usually yes — we install what you've already bought. If you'd like us to source it, send the type and rough budget and we'll come back with options.
Can you replace a fitting on the same point?
Yes. Light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, sockets, doorbells — if the existing point is there, we replace like-for-like.
Can you remove the old fitting?
Yes, on request. Mention this when you book so we can bring the right packing material.
What if my fan wobbles?
We balance the blades and check the mounting plate before we leave. If the existing fan box itself is loose, we'll flag it.
Will you set up smart-home pairing?
Yes. Smart switches, smart sockets, video doorbells, and smart bulbs — we pair them with your hub or app and set up basic automations before leaving.
Do you handle high ceilings?
Yes. We bring the right ladder for high stairwell and double-volume ceilings. Tell us the rough height when you book.
